Our Concept

La Galere Markets (“LGM”) was one of the first and remains one of the few companies in the country that is solely dedicated to the development and operation of self-checkout mini-marts. Essentially, a self-checkout minimart is similar to a small gourmet store which sells fresh salads, sandwiches, beverages, desserts, snacks, and other food items except that there is no dedicated full-time employee/attendant. A user simply walks into the store and chooses his/her own selection(s), walks up to the state-of-the-art kiosk, scans the product, and pays via credit card or a pre-existing account. Contact us to get more information and explore how La Galere can enhance your building.
